Organic Heritage Pork – Now Available!

Our organically-raised heritage piggies are going to market!

Our happy heritage pigs are hormone and antibiotic-free Tamworths, fed a diet of certified organic vegetarian feed.  Raised in partnership with our neighbour, Marg Kerr of Kervan Farm, this delicious pork is not to be missed!

We sell our pork by whole, half, or quarter pig, and also sell individual specialty cuts (smoked bacon, smoked back bacon, chops, tenderloin, ribs, ham, roasts) upon request.

Our whole hogs weigh in at 170-200lbs, half a hog typically weighs in at 85-100lbs, and a quarter of a hog typically weighs in at 45-50lbs.  We can have our hogs butchered and smoked to your liking.  Feel free to contact us for more information about which cuts are included in whole, half, and quarter orders.

We also offer a variety of handmade artisanal sausages, including maple breakfast, savoury honey garlic, spicy thai, and spicy italian.

Orders are packed frozen (unless otherwise specified) and can be picked up from the farm.  Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee in most areas of southern Ontario.

 

Pricing:

For whole, half, and quarters: $5/lb, plus $0.55/lb cut & wrap, plus $2.00/lb for smoked cuts.

Sausages are $10/lb, smoked bacon is $10/lb, and smoked back bacon is $14/lb.
